Application

The application of our Insute blow-in insulation is simple, fast, and carried out without altering the façade appearance. A key advantage is that the product can be used in cavities as small as 1 cm.

The insulation material is injected directly into the wall cavity through a few strategically placed drill holes by our certified specialist companies. The process is minimally invasive, usually does not require scaffolding, and is typically completed within a single day. After completion, the drill holes are carefully sealed and, in the case of rendered façades, colour-matched if necessary, making them nearly invisible. Depending on the building conditions, the insulation can also be applied from the inside thanks to its dust-free properties. This is particularly advantageous when the façade is sensitive or listed. Even in buildings with existing partial insulation, Insute is the material of choice: where conventional materials reach their limits, it fills the cavity completely and without gaps. A major advantage for contractors: the material can be processed using all standard blowing machines—no special equipment required.

Efficient retrofitting without changing the facade's appearance

Houses with a double-wall facade offer excellent prerequisites for subsequent energy optimization. Double-leaf masonry has a construction-related cavity that often remains uninsulated and leads to high heat losses. The modern method of introducing high-performance insulation by blowing it in solves this problem in an elegant way. Through holes drilled in the cross joints of the clinker facade, the insulation material is blown into the intermediate space under pressure. The historical or characteristic exterior appearance of your building remains completely unchanged.

Maximum performance through advanced materials

Successful implementation requires insulation materials that meet the specific conditions of the wall construction. When specialized companies carry out blown-in insulation, they increasingly rely on the innovative polymer foam granules – Insute 25-pro. Conventional insulation materials often reach their limits in narrow cavities or irregular walls. The modern nanopore material, on the other hand, distributes itself absolutely evenly thanks to its outstanding free-flowing properties. A double-leaf masonry is thus fully insulated even with minimal gap widths of less than four centimeters. The material is water-repellent and reliably protects the inner leaf from moisture, yet remains vapor-permeable for water vapor from the interior.

Increasing living comfort and permanently reducing energy costs

The installation of the insulation material can usually be completed within a single working day. Immediately after completion, you will notice a tangible improvement in the indoor climate: the interior walls no longer radiate cold, and the heat reliably stays inside the house during winter. In addition to heating cost savings, the system offers noticeable sound insulation against outside noise. Since the product is extremely durable and fully recyclable, it can simply be extracted and reused in the event of future dismantling. You are therefore investing in a future-proof technology that lowers your running costs and secures the market value of your property in the long term.
