The Premium Insulation for Cavity Wall Constructions
Blow-in Insulation – A Must-Have for Effective Insulation in Cavity Walls
Insulating the cavity (core insulation) in double-shelled masonry is an ideal solution for minimizing heat loss and enhancing energy efficiency. The insulation material is injected directly into the cavity through drilled holes. This method is especially attractive, as it is minimally invasive and can often be completed in just one day.
Insute 25-pro has been specially developed as a high-performance insulation material for this application and stands out with its excellent insulation values.
A New Sense of Comfort
Year-round optimized indoor climate
Keeps warmth inside during winter and ensures a pleasantly cool living space in summer.
Ideal
Moisture Regulation
The waterproof yet breathable structure creates a comfortable indoor environment.
Enhanced
Soundproofing
Noticeable noise reduction for improved living comfort.
Insute 25-pro Fills Even the Smallest Gaps
Cavity Insulation Less Than 3 cm
Thanks to the specific particle size of Insute 25-pro, it is now possible for the first time to apply core insulation in cavities with a gap width of less than 3 cm. Conventional products are not suitable for such cases, as they are too large to reach all joints and therefore cannot be used.
Cavity Wall Insulation for Facades Already Fitted with ETICS
With Insute 25-pro, retrofitting cavity wall insulation can also be applied to facades that are already equipped with an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS). This is necessary to prevent heat loss through wall joints.
Reducing the Need for Additional Energy-Saving Measures
Insute 25-pro sustainably enhances the energy performance of the house. The application of our insulation material offers an effective solution, reducing the need for additional energy-saving measures, such as attic insulation or window replacement.
By completely filling even challenging cavities, the formation of thermal bridges is prevented. Insute 25-pro can also be used to fully insulate previously partially insulated cavities.
High-Performance Insulation Pays Off
Even in cavities of just a few centimeters in depth, Insute 25-pro can reduce the U-value by up to 70%. This has a positive impact on energy consumption throughout the year: less heating energy is required in winter, and cooling is needed less often in summer.
The breathable yet waterproof structure of the insulation also supports moisture regulation within the building, minimizing the risk of mold and enhancing occupant comfort. Additionally, Insute 25-pro significantly reduces noise levels, greatly improving living comfort, especially in urban areas.
Thanks to these properties, additional measures for moisture regulation or soundproofing are usually unnecessary, leading to cost savings as well.
Insute 25-pro in Action
Insute 25-pro has proven its effectiveness in numerous projects—from historic buildings to modern homes. For example, a villa from the early 20th century in Southern Germany was successfully renovated while preserving the historic facade.
In the capital, Insute 25-pro also impressed: a single-family house with a cavity of less than three centimeters was efficiently insulated from the outside. Likewise, a 1920s townhouse received blow-in insulation through the exterior facade to ensure sustainable insulation.
Whether old buildings, townhouses or new builds—these projects are just a few examples of the many applications of Insute 25-pro, the premium insulation for cavity wall constructions.
